Tabuchi Electric, the No. 5 inverter manufacturer in the world, is just now moving into the North American market, and it is doing so with some very cool innovations. At Intersolar North America, the Japanese company launched its residential solar + storage solution, the EneTelus Intelligent Battery System (EIBS). Taking things a step further, at SPI, Tabuchi announced its collaboration with Geli, a software provider for battery storage and microgrids, that will help utilities manage distributed solar and additional home energy devices to optimize grid performance.
